R.I.P Michael Jackson

"If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with."

Yesterday was a black day world wide. The King of Pop Michael Jackson passed away from heart complications. The true reasons for his death are still unknown. Michael Jackson was and still is the most influencial artist to have ever walked onto the entertainment scene. I remember dancing to all of his songs, along with other artists such as; The Artist Formerly Known as Prince and Madonna in my grandmothers house in front of the T.V for hours on end. He was one of the reasons why I always dreamed of being a performer. I remember telling my mother "Mommy, when I grow up I wanna dance like Michael and sing like Whitney Houston".
He was a very misunderstood individual and the media tortured him endlessly. Michael Jackson cared alot about the feelings of others and involved himself with alot of philanthropy work across the globe. Songs such as "Earth Song" and "We are the World" showed us the impact people could have if they worked together. Any person with respect and true love for music is mourning the demise of a fallen legend. He paved the way for many artists today. Michael Jackson was one of the first African - Americans to air on MTV, he broke the race barrier. He made it clear that race should not stop anyone or anything through the song "Black or White".
He is and forever will be a legend and will live on through his music, choreography and philanthropy work. It is true that one does not know what they have until it is gone. The industry will never be the same. He was only 50 years old at the time of his demise. R.I.P to one of the most influential person in my life.

Man in the Mirror
I'm Gonna Make A Change,
For Once In My LifeIt's Gonna Feel Real Good,
Gonna Make A DifferenceGonna Make It Right . .
As I, Turn Up The Collar On MyFavourite Winter Coat
This Wind Is Blowin' My Mind
I See The Kids In The Street,With Not Enough To Eat
Who Am I, To Be Blind?
Pretending Not To SeeTheir Needs
A Summer's Disregard,
A Broken Bottle Top
And A One Man's Soul
They Follow Each Other OnThe Wind
Ya' Know'Cause They Got NowhereTo Go
That's Why I Want You ToKnowI'm Starting With The Man InThe Mirror
I'm Asking Him To Change His Ways
And No Message Could HaveBeen Any ClearerIf You Wanna Make The WorldA Better Place
(If You Wanna Make TheWorld A Better Place)
Take A Look At Yourself, AndThen Make A Change
(Take A Look At Yourself, AndThen Make A Change)(Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na,Na Nah)
